Delivery and Returns
ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN 21/07 and 13/08 will be shipped on 14/08/2024
Orders are processed every day from Mon-Fri until 12:00.
All parcels in the UK are delivered by Royal Mail within 3 to 5 working days.
Their Tracked service includes full online tracking, so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.
UK shipping cost is £4
For international delivery we also use Royal Mail. Parcels take 4-6 working days to reach Europe and 6-7 working days to reach the rest of the world.

Canada shipping cost is £15
Europe shipping is £15
USA shipping cost is £15
All taxes are calculated at the check-out.
Brexit update: custom charges are applicable for orders from the UK to the EU with a total value exceeding 150€.
Deliveries to EU countries: To avoid custom charges please make two separate orders when your basket exceeds 150€
ENO is not responsible for additional custom charges that are payable during your shipment. These charges will be paid on arrival and will not be charged at the check-out.
Deliveries to USA: No duties and No tax for basket up to $800
We are not taking responsibility for delays by Royal Mail.
Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS
We are offering free returns except for international orders.
You can return any item purchased on eno.eco within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled ), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item if possible.
If you would like to return a product, please notify us on hello@eno.eco providing your order’s number.
Eno Eco Ltd cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel.
EXCHANGES
Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size/colour within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at hello@eno.eco. If the item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
Should you be interested in exchanging your product for a different style, please return it and place a new order.
REFUND
Once our quality control team has approved the return, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
